Ingredients
• 1 cup of peanuts (unsalted)
• 12 medjool dates (remove the pit)
• 1/2 tsp virgin coconut oil
• 3 tsp pure cacao powder (no added sugar)
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor to create the protein dough
2. Cut small pieces from the dough and roll them in your hands to form into small balls
3. Roll the protein balls into cacao powder to cover them up
